Who is Haley?
Haley Hirzel, MS, CCC-SLP is an experienced pediatric speech-language pathologist. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics and French from Georgetown University (Hoya Saxa!) and a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Boston University.
Haley has trained with experts in the SLP field. She has worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, a highly regarded private practice outside of Boston, and the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit, as well as interning at the Boston Children’s Hospital Autism Language and Augmentative Communication Programs. This broad experience gives Haley insight into the services available to your child, and the pros and cons of different service settings.
Haley strives to make speech-language therapy fun and effective. She is never happier than when a child shows pride in the progress they have made! Haley designs individualized plans for every child and takes the time to explain rationales and evidence to parents and caregivers.

She’s a true linguistics nerd.
Haley grew up as a Philadelphia sports fan. She is slowly trying to convince her husband to change his childhood allegiances (all tips welcome!).
Haley is obsessed with her pets and uses photos, videos, and stories to win over children.
